Please note: This service adds 3–5 business days to your processing time to allow for proper washing and air drying before shipping.
Co-Wash Service
Each hair order requires a processing time of 4–7 business days. After placing your order, please allow up to 10 business days for delivery before reaching out with inquiries. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number by the 7th business day or sooner. All online orders are shipped directly to the customer. Shipping typically takes 1–3 business days via USPS Priority Mail or 2–5 business days via First Class Mail. Most orders arrive within 7–10 business days unless you purchase a custom pre-order unit. Custom units require 14–21 business days for processing, followed by standard shipping times. We recommend not scheduling any hair appointments until your order has been received.
